Ballerup Super Arena
Ballerup Super Arena frequently hosts top international names in sport and music. In 2014 we were hosting the Badminton World Championship. Ballerup Super Arena, which can seat up to 6,500 people, is the only indoor cycling track in Scandinavia and with a capacity of 9,200 for concerts one of the largest multi-purpose arenas in Denmark. The arena is also an ideal venue for large conferences, exhibitions and fairs. It is situated in the Ballerup sports village (Ballerup Idrætsby) alongside other top facilities.
Cultural experiences are just around the corner
Baltoppen Cultural Centre offers a theatre, café, cinemas and large-scale live shows featuring well-known local and international performers. The facilities are also open for conferences, kick-off meetings and corporate events. It has a capacity of 800 people. The three public libraries in the municipality offer books, international newspapers and database access – all free of charge.
In the idyllic village of Pederstrup, the organic farm Grantoftegaard opens its stables for the children to get close to the animals and you can buy local organic food products in the farm shop. The Ballerup Museum in Pederstrup gives an insight into the history of the municipality and daily life when Ballerup was still a rural village. Visiting the municipality?
City Hall is situated in Ballerup near the motorway and 300 metres from Ballerup train station. Travelling by car, taxi or train will take you 20 to 30 minutes from most of the Greater Copenhagen area. You can find the address at the top right of the page.
Visiting a business partner?
